this suggestion is only based on mandible shape and a similar mentum shape compared to Diamesa steinboecki Goetghebuer, 1933 in Makarchenko 1999 But Diamesa steinboecki Goetghebuer, 1933 has 6 teeth in the middle not 4 Confused

Maybe It belongs to this group. The Diamesa larva is very difficult to identify into species level, aslo, some characters such like the teeth on the mentum and mandible are variant.
